English Heritage

Audley End House in Essex is English Heritage’s flagship East of England property.  It is one of the finest examples of a Jacobean house & grounds in the country but woefully under utilised and financially unable to stand on its own legs.

Oliver researched, evaluated, devised and presented a full commercial plan for expanded commercial operations at Audley End house which would have seen footfall grow four-fold with the introduction of a variety of visitor attractions based around a renovated 17th century stable block.  The long term viability of the house would have been under-pinned, but for a planning enquiry which has forced the plans to be put on hold.
