Gift Aid
If you are a Visitor Attraction, a registered charity and you charge for admission, there is a good chance you will want to process gift aid.
Historically attractions that process gift aid have done so with paper based systems, adding cost, slowing up the queues and producing more work in manual data entry.
TimePOS has tackled this issue head on and provides a system that captures the required customer information at the admissions desk without holding up the queues. Our latest generation system not only produces address look-up information but also provides details of who might live at the address. This means that all data can be captured in just a few button presses, without typing in names and addresses!

Twycross Zoo implemented the Time Pursuit system. TimePOS processes gift aided entry on all of their multiple admissions lanes at their busy Himalaya Visitor Centre. Queue times on peak days have been reduced from over an hour to as little as 10 minutes whilst at the same time INCREASING gift aid capture from from 40% to 70%!
