Go Fly

Go Fly (Go) was one of the pioneers of British low cost air travel and prided itself on providing excellent customer service whilst giving more people the chance to fly.  In fact so good was it, that easyJet decided to pay £375m for it some five years ago!

Go operated multiple distribution channels – telephone, web, travel agency and business to business (B2B), tailoring its products to its target markets.  Oliver developed and drove these distribution channels and Cathy evolved Go’s core website (
gofly.com) and launched new travel agency and B2B micro-sites.  By 2002 94% of Go’s business was written online, generating benefits of lower cost distribution and new flexibility in customer acquisition & retention.
