Time Pursuit: Real world case study for Cambridge University business brains.
Cambridge Venture Project demands real life business scenarios for their academics to scrutinize and learn from. The “Time Pursuit” Price Strategy Project carried out by students at the Judge Business School has allowed Open Frontiers to gain valuable input from some of Cambridge’s sharpest minds.
Director, Katy Wigdahl, says: “This has been an amazingly beneficial project for us, and we’re especially delighted to hear that the Judge Business School is keen to engage in further projects with us.”
Director of the Judge Business School, Dr Simon Learmount expressed his high regard for the opportunity Open Frontier’s was able to provide. He said: “thanks for the fantastic project. The team found it very enjoyable, and clearly learned a lot.”
The team at Open Frontiers are so impressed with the results of their hard work, that plans are now underway to implement the key ideas into the business plan. The student’s innovative pricing model will exponentially broaden the potential applications for Time Pursuit, as it allows the smallest enterprise to the largest international operation to afford and utilize the system.

Intelligent Solution - UEA Business School uses Time Pursuit.
Students at the University of East Anglia have had the opportunity to explore and then dabble with the Open Frontier’s business strategy for its product, an online booking system called Time Pursuit.
Terry Kendrick, MBA Programme Director at the Norwich Business School has offered up Time Pursuit as a case study to his students, giving them the opportunity to evaluate the market opportunities and analyse the product. Commenting on the success of the programme, Terry Kendrick said: “This fast growing business provided an ideal opportunity for a group of our MBA students to use some of the frameworks and models they have been taught here at Norwich Business School. Choosing between a wide range of business opportunities is a difficult issue but together the students and team at Open Frontiers thought their way through it to a great set of agreed recommendations!“
The clever business students have applied their ingenuity and brought some innovative ideas to the table, and now the University of East Anglia hope their real world experience will prove invaluable after graduation.
