Tom Lee - Product Manager

Tom brings seven years of valuable commercial experience to Open Frontiers. Previously employed at airline Jet2.com, his specialisms include booking systems, websites and commercial IT applications.
He plays a key role for Open Frontiers, pivoting between our growing customer portfolio and our two development teams. Tom captures development needs for Time Pursuit, communicates these to the development teams and manages their ultimate delivery. His role ensures that we are able to professionally service our customer's needs in an accurate and cost effective fashion.
 
Tom graduated from Brunel University with a degree in Product Design and during his studies, he enjoyed web design agency experience, working for clients such as Waitrose. He further expanded his skills portfolio, post graduation by qualifying as a tennis coach whilst initially working on freelance print and web design projects. Tom has amassed a broad range of e-commerce skills, which span Usability Design, Search Engine Marketing, Foreign Language website management, Email campaign design and management (ECRM) and generally all things webby.
 
Outside work, he is hoping to break into his local village cricket team and has ambitions to brush off his football and golf skills. Anyone for tennis?
